We offer motivated Master’s and Doctoral students the opportunity to complete their thesis within our department. Thesis projects are integrated into ongoing clinical and translational research activities, providing valuable insights into methodology, data analysis, and the conduct of academic research.

The Department of Clinical Research (DCR) welcomes Master's students interested in completing their thesis with us.
We offer a range of projects across Clinical Research, Education, Medical Data Science and Clinical Trial and Methodology, giving students hands-on experience working alongside our teams.

    All of our current Master's thesis projects are listed in our Project overview (PDF found below), updated regularly, with a direct link to each project's posting on KSL (Kernsystem Lehre). Follow the KSL link listed for the details of that project

  • Found a project you like? 
    Contact the Direct Supervisor, with the Main Supervisor in copy, to discuss availability and next steps.

  • Don't see the right fit, or have your own idea?
    If none of the listed projects match your interests, visit our DCR website to see our current teams and research areas, and reach out directly to the relevant group leader (including the Education Team in the email: education@dcr), whether to ask about joining an existing area of work, or to pitch your own project idea. We're always open to discussing new ideas.
