OncoMag published an article in which Prof. Dr. med. Eva Segelov, Director of the Department of Clinical Research (DCR), discusses the EVALUATE study, examining whether survivors of breast or colorectal cancer face an elevated risk of MASLD (metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease), an often asymptomatic condition that can lead to liver failure.

Three DCR-supported Clinical Trials receive SNSF IICT Funding

Three of the five clinical trials awarded SNSF Investigator Initiated Clinical Trials (IICT) funding in 2025 involve investigators from Inselspital and the University of Bern, addressing relevant clinical questions in stroke, rheumatology and cardiovascular medicine.
