Dr. Heymann is a consultant emergency physician with expertise in critical care, working at the Neuchâtel Cantonal Hospital network. He is passionate about advancing leadership and management within Emergency Medicine, and his academic work focuses on promoting the wellbeing and resilience of emergency physicians.
In collaboration with the Swiss Society of Emergency Medicine, the University of Bern, and Inselspital’s Emergency Department, he leads an international research group tackling burnout and improving retention in acute care.
