Prof. Dr. Rouven Porz is a Clinical Ethicist, Associate Professor and Head of the Medical Ethics Unit at the Inselspital, Bern University Hospital. He is also Past-President of the EACME (European Association of Centres of Medical Ethics), and currently chairs BENE, the Bioethics Education Network Europe. Trained as a molecular biologist, he also studied philosophy and educational theory.
