You can participate in EVALUATE if you:
- are 18 years or older
- has had breast or colorectal (bowel) cancer between 5 and 10 years ago
- do not have any cancer now
- do not have any sort of serious or chronic liver disease
- are not pregnant
By filling out a short form, you can test for yourself whether you are eligible for our study. If you are eligible for our study, you will have the opportunity to book a telephone appointment with our study team yourself. The aim of this telephone call is to explain the most important points about the study and to arrange a study appointment.
All data filled in this form will be treated confidentially. Please note that your data will be registered when a contact is made. If you are not interested in participating in the study, your data will be deleted immediately.
