Goal Medical Grant Writing for Clinicians offers a course program focused on planning, writing, developing, and revising scientific grant application materials. Participants attend group workshops and receive individual writing consultations.
Content Medical Grant Writing for Clinicians offers an intensive curriculum—over 6 months—covering planning, writing, developing, and revising scientific grant proposals in English.
Target Group
Designed for clinicians seeking to enhance their skills regarding applications for grant funding for clinical research projects. 

Medical Grant Writing for Clinicians is ideal for participants who seek to submit grant applications to funders after the conclusion of the course, although we welcome participants pursuing grant opportunities with other submission goals.

Structure Blended individualized medical grant writing guidance through 3 individual writing consultations and 3 group workshops. Individual writing consultations occur over certain weeks with workshops on offered during the evenings. 

Medical Grant Writing for Clinicians kicks off with 1-on-1 writing consultations and concludes with a group workshop about 6 months later at sitem-insel.

Fees Fees determined by affiliation.

  • GHS PhD: 1000 CHF (2 ECTS)
  • Othersl: 2000 CHF

Cancellation fee: 500 CHF
